At FitsMatter, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange request is eligible if:
- The product was received damaged or defective.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with:

- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue

Return Address
Once your exchange request has been approved, our support team will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
Please do not send any items back without prior approval.
Exchange Process
- Submit your exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will review your request.
- Return the approved item to the provided address.
- Once the product has been received and inspected, your replacement item will be processed and shipped.
Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item for exchange.
- The shipping cost for sending the replacement item may also apply unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a damaged product received upon delivery.
